The Game

Step into the chaos of Spectral Elevation, where blasting through waves of enemies is just the beginning of the fun! Shoot, dodge, and upgrade your way to victory in this addictive top-down shooter. Defeat slimes and earn the chance to pimp your weapon with cool upgrades. And hey, why not spice things up by making the enemy tougher or throwing more of them at you? It's all about having a blast – quite literally!

Background Info

This  game was my final project as a fifth-year game design student. Our team consisted of four members: Ismael Milanollo as the programmer, Linus Zierlinger handling sound design, Felix Lechner contributing as the 3D artist and UI-Artist, and myself serving as the primary game designer and systems designer. 

For me, the most significant lessons revolved around enhancing team communication and refining the interaction between game designers and programmers. Furthermore, realizing the importance of having a user-friendly inspector in Unity significantly eased the development process for me and my team.
